Before you buy

Choose the honey for your table.

For everyday drizzling

Start with a small jar and the maker’s flavour notes. A squeeze bottle is convenient for porridge and yoghurt; a jar makes it easy to spoon honey into drinks or dressings.

For a tasting moment

Look for a named floral variety and compare the producer’s descriptions. Try two different jars side by side, on plain toast, to find the flavour you prefer.

For the kitchen

Compare price per 100g as well as the total cost delivered. Larger packs can suit frequent cooking, while a smaller jar makes sense for trying something new.

Read beyond the front label. Check the country-of-origin statement, ingredients, jar weight and producer details. “Australian owned” describes the business; check the label separately for where the honey comes from.

Shopping, made clearer

A few things worth knowing.

Do I buy honey directly from Aussie Honey?

Aussie Honey helps you discover brands and recipes. Shopping links take you to a producer or retailer, which handles your order, payment, shipping and returns.

How should I compare two jars?

Compare the same weight, or calculate price per 100g: divide the price by the weight in grams, then multiply by 100. Add shipping before deciding which option suits your budget.

Are the brands listed paid recommendations?

A brand listing is not a ranking or a claim that a product is the best. Supplier links are available within the producer guides. Any future paid promotional placement will be clearly labelled as sponsored.
